 1) Safety performance 

 Safety performance is the primary factor in hotel furniture. Although general hotels do not have clear regulations on the amount of formaldehyde free, furniture fire prevention requirements are particularly important in this specific location of the hotel. For example, some parts of hotel furniture can use fireproof boards, anti scald paint, flame retardant fabrics, etc. Some high-end hotels even require that the wood used to make furniture must undergo fire prevention treatment and have relevant safety certifications. 

 2) Appearance quality 

 Appearance quality is the basic requirement for furniture countertops to be flat, decorated with novel and clear textures, and comfortable and generous. For example, in general, room furniture usually uses several types of substrates such as particle board, medium density fiberboard, blockboard, and laminated board, and uses wood veneer and three plywood as covering materials. While using large surface materials, attention should be paid to the use of the same small materials, reasonably improving the utilization rate of boards, and better controlling costs. Generally, guest room furniture has a large quantity and multiple components, so it is best to use computers to arrange materials reasonably, comprehensively utilize large and small materials, and reduce material costs. Different structures should pay attention to the comparison of material costs and choose the best and most favorable. 

 4) Structural performance Hotel furniture is mostly fixed or combination furniture, usually made of structural panels, using wood screws, hardware connectors, and adhesives as the bonding method. When selecting materials, attention should be paid to different material characteristics, such as particle board and medium density board, which have poor nail grip strength. It is best not to use them in areas that require frequent activity or strong nail grip, such as door hinge screws, rail bottom rail screws, which are prone to loosening and producing noise. For example, in guest room furniture, special attention should be paid to the bed screen backrest and mirror frame wall hardware hanging parts, or wood should be used to stabilize them. This can greatly improve the functionality and even safety of hotel furniture from the structural performance. Because customers usually stay for a short time and do not have a good understanding of the performance of surrounding facilities and equipment, the quality of structural performance can indirectly reflect the functionality and safety of hotel furniture. 

 5) Production performance The materials of general hotel furniture are basically the same. It is very important to improve production performance and production efficiency at the same material cost, which is also one of the important factors in hotel furniture customization. Each hotel furniture manufacturer will have its own internal set of production standard processes and procedures. 

 In addition to the above points, the customization of hotel furniture also includes factors such as transportation, installation, and regular after-sales maintenance, such as handling, transportation, and damage during installation. Therefore, there are high requirements for relevant operators.
